All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 1 business day from the time of purchase. After that, standard shipping times apply. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note, deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations.

You can track the status of your order by accessing the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (sent once your product ships). You can also enter your order number in the ‘Track Packages’ section of our website for an instant update.

Do you accept Pre-Paid gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards.

If you realize that you’ve selected the wrong size, please contact us immediately. If we catch the issue before production begins, we can make the change. Since we aim to ship your order quickly, it’s important to act fast!
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If we catch the issue before the item ships, we can update it for you. Otherwise, we’ll have to wait until the item is returned to us.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions. If there are any issues with your product, we’ll do our best to make things right.
What happens if my item was “Returned to Sender”?
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll ship it to you again at no additional cost.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost to you. You don’t need to return the damaged product. If we can’t replace it due to inventory issues, we’ll either refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
