At Powkey, we make returns easy and stress-free! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days for a refund. We want you to be confident in your shopping experience and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.


Time Frame Allotted

  • 30 days from the date of delivery: This is the standard return window for most items.
  • If an item has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated in the “Returns and Refunds” tab on the product’s description page.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, you can reach out to us through our Contact Us page or email us at support@powkey.tech. Please include the following information:
    • Your Order Number
    • The item(s) you would like to return
    • The reason for your return
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will assess the situation and either:
    • Send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    • Provide you with a Prepaid Shipping Label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Fees

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you’re returning the item simply because you changed your mind, didn’t like it, ordered the wrong item, or for other reasons not related to defects or shipping issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
    Buyer’s remorse includes: changing your mind, the item not fitting, finding a better price elsewhere, ordering the wrong item, etc.
  • Non-Buyer’s Remorse Returns: If your item is damaged, defective, doesn’t work, doesn’t match the description, or arrives missing parts, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have.
  2. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to complete the return process. Once processed, your refund may take 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. If you do not see the refund within the allotted timeframe, please reach out to your credit card company.


Restocking Fees

There is a $0 restocking fee for exchanges and returns.
