  • Order cut-off time: Midnight CST (Central Standard Time) UTC/GMT -6 hours

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@powkey.tech with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at team@powkey.tech with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue.
