Warranty Replacement

If a consumer is entitled to a replacement product under the warranty, we will provide a product that is identical to or of similar value. In the case that an identical product is not available, we may choose to either:

  1. Provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, or
  2. Repair the product within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that the refund and repair rights also apply to the replacement product, just as they do to the original product.

Warranty Period

All products purchased from Powkey.Tech are covered by a 3-year warranty. If any issues arise within this period, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund (as outlined in our warranty replacement policy).
